At BT Lab Systems, we offer more than budget-friendly, high-quality lab supplies that fulfill your life science research needs. We also provide you with deliveries, shipping, and returns that benefit you.


Shipping and Ordering

In-stock orders received by 1:00 p.m. central time on weekdays are usually shipped the same day (excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders will be shipped by FedEx ground shipping at their calculated rate based on product weight and dimensions. You can upgrade ground shipments to two day or next day shipping. Special shipping charges may apply to large, bulky, or heavy orders.

International Shipments

Additional charges will apply to all orders shipping outside of the U.S., and a customer service representative will contact you for payment before your order ships. To learn more about shipping outside of the U.S., contact Customer Service.


BT Lab Systems product(s) cannot be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or a product exchange. You must postmark all returns within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All lab supplies must be in new and unused condition, with any original tags and labels attached. Please note: you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all returns.


Our Return Process

To return your item(s), please email customer service at or complete a Product Return Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely place the lab supplies in their original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return and ensure we receive it.



After we receive your return and inspect the condition of the lab supplies you ordered, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. We will also send you a notification via email when we process your return.
